How Do I Return My Order
You can return your order in one of two ways.
1. Login to your account and start a return via your order page.
2. Contact us with your order number and we can process a return for you manually.
Returns that you submit via your account are faster than manually processed returns.
How Long After My Purchase Can I Return My Order?
Returns can be submitted up to 30 days after delivery of your order.
Does It Cost To Return My Order?
All UK returns are free of charge. If you are outside of the UK you will need to cover the cost of shipment to return your item.
If I Use My Product Can I Return It?
We do not accept returns for products that have been used. We have security stickers on all product packaging, once your product is opened it can no longer be returned, we do this for sanitary purposes.
Return Policy
How Long Does My Refund Take?
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed once your product has been received.
Once it’s been processed, it can take up to a further 5 working days for the money to appear in your account.
Please note that all refunds go back to the same payment method that was used for purchase.
If the money does not appear in your account within 5 working days, please contact your bank to confirm if they have a record of the transaction, they should then be able to confirm when you can expect the money to appear.
If your bank is unable to provide you with this detail, or you are still concerned about your refund, please email hello@jmdbeauty.com and one of our team will be in touch.
Shipping
Where Is My Order?
Your order status can be seen via your account or by following the tracking email. If you have not recieved any emails for your tracking please wait at least 24 hours after you place the order. If you do not recieve the email affter this time please contact us.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Transit times vary on your delivery location.
Estimated transit times are as follows. Please note these are not exact delivery times.
UK - 1-3 Working Days
USA - 4-9 Working Days
EU - 3-8 Working Days

My Order Has Been Damaged In Shipment
JMD Beauty is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. JMD Beauty is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

Dispatching Of Orders
Please allow 3 business days for your order to process. Please note that during busy periods it can take up to 4 days for your order to be dispatched.
Why Is The Shipping Price More Than I Thought?
All of the shipping rates are live from the carrier, we do not have any influence over the pricing of shipping.

How Do I Make My Beauty Sponge Big?
All of our sponges are shipped dry, so when you recieve your order you need to simply rinse under warm water for 1-2 minutes. Once you have done this proceed to dry your sponge with a clean towel and its ready for you to use!
I Need Specific Ingredient/Materials For A Product
If you need any specific ingredients/materials for our products, please contact us and we would be happy to help.
My Sponge Is Not Perfectly Round
This will be due to excess water still in your sponge, ensure you dry your sponge fully with a towel to drain the excess water.

Pre Orders
When Will My Pre-Order Be Fulfilled?
You will be kept up to date via email with your pre-order status. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible!
Can I Cancel My Pre-Order
If your order has not been dispatched you are able to cancel your order. Please contact us with your order number and we will cancel your order.
Change Of Dispatch Date
Sometimes due to a delay with a product your pre-order date of dispatch can be pushed back. This will be communicated with you via email.
